The food was pretty good and the boba was good too but my parents ordered this sandwiches and it took 30 minutes to arrive wall the boba and sushi came quick as well as the sop .

A nice little restaurant on the esplanade. The Vietnamese iced coffee was fantastic, as was the coffee. The Banh Mi was ok and lacked flavour for my liking. Service was friendly and efficiently and restaurant was clean and spacious.

Sushi was larger than other places and tasty. The cost reflects the size however. $5.50&$5.90 each for rolls. Also got a takeaway fried rice and satay from the hot box. $15.50. It was tasty and fresh enough. I would go again.
